With seven years of customer service experience, Daniela Gaytan joined the Hola Center of Iowa as the Services Coordinator, where she is dedicated to serving the Latino community. After graduating with honors from DMACC with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Daniela’s academic background and bicultural perspective influenced her commitment to community involvement. As Services Coordinator, she ensures that every client who contacts the helpline receives the appropriate resources and feels both empowered and supported. Outside of work, Daniela enjoys attending live music events, dancing, and cooking.
