Visiting Nurse Services

Visiting Nurse Services is a private non-profit public health provider that has been providing public health services in Polk County since 1908. With over 35 programs, a $4.7 Million budget, and a dedicated staff of over 80 compassionate health care providers that strive to fulfill our Mission and Vision.

Visiting Nurse Services will be providing health screening, immunizations and family advocacy at The HOLA Center.
