Employee and Family Resources

Employee & Family Resources (EFR) is a private non-profit organization providing a wide variety of services in the Des Moines community. One such service is EFR's Individual and Family Counseling program which is primarily housed at The HOLA Center. This program includes a Master level Bilingual (Spanish) Therapist,- Francine Ybarra-Rojas, who provides individual and family therapy services on a sliding fee scale ranging from $5-$50/session. The program also includes a Bachelor level Bilingual (Spanish) In-home Counselor, Trisha Fry, who works with individuals or families involved in therapy at no extra cost to help them implement therapeutic interventions, develop needed skills, and help with a variety of other needs.
